Before You Book

Booking Policies

Please review these policies before scheduling your appointment

Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer fee is required to book
  • Retainer is deducted from your final balance
  • Remaining balance is due in cash only at your appointment
  • We do not accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal for final payment

Rescheduling

  • Must reschedule at least 72 hours before your appointment
  • Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule
  • One reschedule allowed within 30 days of original date
  • Or reschedule to the next available month's calendar

Cancellations

  • Cancel via confirmation email only
  • 72+ hours before: no penalty
  • 24–72 hours before: $100 fee
  • Within 24 hours: $150 fee

No-Shows

  • No-call / no-shows will be charged the full service fee
  • No-show clients are banned from future bookings
  • Please respect the time that has been reserved for you

Hair Drop-Off

  • Hair can be dropped off Tuesday – Saturday
  • Drop-off hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Hair must be dropped off before your appointment date
